The company was founded June 2000 and have been seriving the
staffing industry from the first day, as our first client was a staffing
organization.
Describe the type of products/ services you provide to the staffing industry.
Insight Worldwide provides a pre-employ-ment integrity survey that
screens for illegal drug use, workers' comp fraud, theft, violence and
dependability. Current results report 28% of job applicants admit to
one or more of these undesirable behaviors. Screening out these
applicants before you spend time or money on interviews results in
lower job turnover and workers' compensation costs. Insight clients are
reporting dramatic reduc-tions in their overall workers' compensation
costs; one in particular experienced an 81% drop in their actual premium rate.
