Our story
Since our founding in 2000, we’ve gotten over 3,000,000 people to reveal the truth about their capabilities, ethics and work habits the pre-employment tests. We’re proud of our accomplishments and the part we’ve played in building a better workforce. Here’s a brief history:
2000 – Launched Insight Worldwide with one of the world’s first online integrity tests. Pioneered the field in, among other things, testing for workers’ comp fraud.
2002 – Conducted our 100,000th pre-employment test.
2003 – Introduced handheld computers for ease of use and improved privacy and to enable companies to conduct our tests wherever interviews are held, regardless of local technology or Internet access.
2005 – Launched Integrity Plus and QuikStaff integrity exams.
2005 – 2007 – Recognized by the Oregon Business Journal for three years in a row as one of Oregon’s 100 fastest-growing private companies.
2007 – Conducted our 1,000,000th integrity test.
2008 – Launched iServ to help employers better fill customer services positions and also launched CSI, the world’s only standardized test geared specially for the corrections industry.
2011 – 3,000,000 tests and counting.
