President

Has occupied expert leadership positions in this industry since 1985, working with such companies as Alaska/Horizon Airlines, Corrections Corporation of America, Baptist Health Care/HCA, JELD-WEN, EmployBridge, Tonkin Auto Group and IHOP restaurants.

Greg Miles
Vice President, Operations
Involved in test development and the continual validation of testing methods. Over 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing management with First Pacific Corporation, Owens-Illinois, and Johnson & Johnson. Founded CSA Enterprises, Inc., a marketing and print brokerage business. Co-pioneered Internet-based testing methods and the use of handheld computers in integrity testing.

Chief Research Scientist (2010 – Current)
Industrial-Occupational Psychologist. Knows more than possibly anyone else on earth about how to conduct character and integrity tests. Recipient of numerous awards, including most recently the 2009 Early Career Achievement Award for Occupational Health Psychology, co-sponsored by American Psychology Association (APA), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), and Society for Occupational Health Psychology (SOHP); 2009 Erasmus Mundus Scholarship Award for Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology, European Commission; and 2009 Best Paper Award, Academy of Management, Careers Division. Has authored or co-authored five books and 27 peer-reviewed articles and has contributed to nine additional books on the subject. As of this writing, has six further articles under review and awaiting publication. Has appeared in or on BBC Radio, BBC News, CBC Radio, Al Jazeera News Channel, New York Times, Time Magazine, US News & World Report, Reuters, ABC News, Los Angeles Times, Science Daily, CNET News, National Post, The Times of India, and more. Jack Smith, Ph.D.
Chief Research Scientist (2003 – 2010)
Industrial-Occupational Psychologist. Pioneer in the field of computer-based and web-based psychological assessment. Principal figure in the development of questionnaire-based psychological exams for the workplace. Author of five books, including Staffing the New Workplace (with Ronald Morgan) and dozens of peer-reviewed magazine articles, papers, presentations and other publications. Developed six computer-based training courses for GTE, Ford Motor Credit and others. Lead content expert and author of 18-CD course, The Leadership Web, published by The Glencoe/McGraw-Hill. Has provided consulting services to over 65 corporations, including Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Chrysler Corporation, City of Detroit, Exxon/Mobil, Ford Motor Credit Company, GTE, Kelly Services, National Steel, UNISYS and Verizon. A lifetime of practical experience. 

Dr. Richard Scheig, Ph.D. (1999 – 2002)
President of Scheig Associates Inc., a behaviorally based hiring and testing company. Taught at the university level for 14 years. Has developed more than 70 job specific, behaviorally-based pre-employment assessments used by Fortune 500 companies. Travels as a trainer, presenter and keynote speaker on the topics of employee selection and performance. Developer of the Scheig System, which identifies high performing employees in a pre-employment setting. Holds to a basic tenet that performance begins with selection, which is the core of the Scheig system.

Dr. James Friedrich (1999 – 2003)
Social Psychologist. Author of dozens of peer-reviewed articles and commentaries and frequent presenter at conferences. Highly sought-after reviewer for such journals as American Journal of Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, British Journal of Social Psychology, Psychological Review and college-level textbooks, such as Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Basic and Applied Social Psychology, Social Cognition, Psychology: Science, Behavior, and Life; and Social Psychology and its Applications. Head of the Department of Psychology at Willamette University. Member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
