Insight Web site: New Version
At Insight, we're always striving to improve our service to benefit not only your company, but your applicant's, too.
You may have noticed some differences in our Web site and survey. Here are some of the latest features available for all online survey users:
- When applicants enter their Social Security number on the Applicant Identification page, a star (*) will be displayed to conceal the numbers after moving to the next block.
- Viewing results by date list with the most recent submission on top with the first 5 numbers of the applicants' Social starred. To view the complete SSN, hover over the last four of the Social Security Number and a small box will appear. You may also notice that the date the survey was submitted is displayed next to the SSN category. Please check the date on your Insight handheld for accuracy. Call our office for help on how.

Hotsyncing Tips
If your Palm isn't hotsyncing, or connecting to the computer, check the following:
1. Are you using the same computer and login the software was originally installed on?
2. Check to make sure the Hotsync software is loaded by looking for the symbol (like the one shown above) displayed by your computer's time.
3. Double check that the USB cord is fitted snugly on the computer and handheld.
4. Sometimes you may have to move the cord to a different USB port on your computer if the Palm isn't being recognized.

Become Insight Certified 
Maybe you have a change in personnel or need a brush-up on using Insight online or the Insight handheld. We have professional and cordial Insight Technicians available to train you and your employees via telephone. Being Insight Certified means the trained test administrator understands the purpose of giving the Insight test, how to navigate and use the Insight on the handheld and/or Web site, understands the Applicant Policy Note and is eligible for training other employees on administering the Insight survey.
